Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation requests before shipment

You may request to cancel an order before it ships. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the current processing status of the order.

2. After shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under our return conditions.

3. How to request cancellation

Email info@ortushome.com with your order number as soon as possible. If you contact us after the order has shipped, we will guide you through the return process instead.

4. Damaged/incorrect item claims

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can review the issue.
