1. Coverage
This limited warranty addresses items that arrive damaged or defective (including shipping-related damage) when reported within the required claim window.
2. Claim window (DOA)
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and, when possible, the packaging. Claims submitted outside this window may not be approved.
3. How to file a claim
Email info@ortushome.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.
4. Possible resolutions
After review, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the circumstances: replacement parts, a replacement item (when available), or a refund in accordance with our return/refund process.
5. What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or damage occurring after delivery outside the 48-hour claim window.
6. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the exclusive warranty we provide. Some rights may exist under applicable law that cannot be limited or excluded.
