1. Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

2. Authorization and charge timing

When you place an order, your card may be authorized for the order total. The final charge is for the amount shown at checkout.

3. Pricing, taxes, and shipping at checkout

Product prices include tax, and no additional tax is added at checkout. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout: orders $110 or more ship free; orders under $110 have a flat $10 shipping fee.

4. Billing information

Please ensure your billing details match the information on file with your card issuer. Mismatched billing details may lead to payment failures or order review.

5. Fraud screening and order review

For security purposes, we may review transactions that appear unusual or high-risk. This may include requesting additional verification or canceling an order when payment cannot be confirmed.

6. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can assist. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution while the issuer investigates.
