1. Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only.
2. How much is shipping?
Orders $110 or more ship free. Orders under $110 have a flat $10 shipping fee.

6:00 PM (Central Standard Time, CST).
4. How long does processing take?
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
5. How long does delivery take after shipment?
Transit time after shipment is typically 4–8 business days.
6. Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers.
7. Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
8. Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation before shipment, but approval is not guaranteed and depends on order status. After shipment, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
10. Who pays for return shipping?
For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For quality issues, incorrect items, or transit damage, the seller is responsible or will address it case-by-case.
11. How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
